1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on zh999. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, or payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. zh999 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to request supporting documentation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

3.3 zh999 applies KYC verification procedures in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and platform security requirements. You will be required to submit the following documentation before any withdrawal request is processed:

• Proof of Identity: Clear photographic image of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, showing all four corners and all printed information legibly;
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, confirmation that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name;

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 zh999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Cashier page of the platform. Available methods include, but are not limited to: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. zh999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless zh999 expressly approves an alternative arrangement in writing. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Cashier page.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

7. Prohibited Conduct

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 zh999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity;
• The account holder has provided false KYC documentation;
• The continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or security risk to zh999 or other users;
• A chargeback, payment dispute, or similar mechanism has been initiated against zh999 by the account holder or their payment provider.

9.2 Upon account termination for breach, zh999 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a material breach, zh999 reserves the right to forfeit the balance. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimately-held balance will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method following completion of KYC verification.

9.3 You may close your zh999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in your account should be withdrawn. Balances remaining in accounts closed at the Player's request will be returned to the registered payment method following KYC verification.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the zh999 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game content, audio, and video materials, is the intellectual property of zh999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 13. Amendments to These Terms
